Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Our 30-day return policy ensures that you have ample time to request a return from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria apply.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.
